Why aren’t prices shown?
Supplier pricing changes often, and the final price depends on quantity, branding, stock and delivery. Quoting each request means the price you receive is one we can stand behind.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Most products have a minimum order quantity, shown on each product page. For smaller quantities, ask us — there is sometimes an alternative.
Can you source something that isn’t in the catalogue?
Yes. The catalogue shows a selection of what we supply. Use “Describe an item we don’t list” in your quote list and include a link or photo if you have one.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the best result. Send what you have — if we need a different file, we’ll tell you before anything is produced.
How long does it take?
Lead times depend on the product, quantity and branding. Each product shows a typical range, and your quotation confirms the lead time for your order.
Do I pay online?
No. There is no online payment. Once you accept a quotation, we confirm the order and payment terms with you directly.
