Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive your name, company, email address and phone number, your project and delivery details, the products you’re interested in, and any logo or artwork files you attach.

We also receive a short note of how you found us: the page you first landed on, the website that sent you there, and any campaign tags in the link, for your first visit and your most recent one. Your browser keeps this note and sends it only with a request, so we can see which channels are useful to our customers. It isn’t shared with anyone else.

Why we use it

To prepare your quotation, contact you about it, and — if you go ahead — fulfil your order. We don’t sell your information or add you to marketing lists.

Where it’s kept

Requests and files are stored with our secure cloud database and hosting providers, with access limited to African Nomad staff. Your quote list itself is saved only in your own browser until you send it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your request and to keep reasonable business records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email admin@africannomad.co.za and we’ll respond as required by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
